B&B Room Rates range from $85 - $119 depending on selected suite or room. Rates based on a minimum of a 2 night stay - single or double occupancy.

Carriage House Vacation Rental: Currently under Lease
Per Night (3 night min.): $125.00 plus tax
Weekly: $495.00 plus tax
Monthly: $1155.00 plus cleaning deposit of $250
(no breakfast served in Carriage House Rental)

B&B Room Rates include a full hot breakfast served in our lovely Dining Room or bright, cheery Sunroom. Sometimes, weather permitting, we do serve outside on our private patio.

Upon check-in we'll have you complete our "Breakfast Details" sheet. This is where you let us know what time you'd like to have breakfast, what beverage you'd like to be served, and if you have any special dietary requirements.

FOR YOUR INFO (FYI):
We do have small pets on the premises but they reside in the Innkeeper's Quarters and are not permitted in the Guest Areas unless guests ask to be see them. If you'd like to meet them just let us know and we'll bring them out to greet you!
