Accessible to many area activities such as Gem Mines, beautiful waterfalls, hiking trails are only a few miles away. A 5 minute drive to the new Smoky Mountain Performance Center.  Thirty minutes is the Great Smoky Mountain Train Station, Kayaking, Zip-lining or Whitewater Rafting trips, Harrah's Cherokee Casino, and other quaint small towns! 

Speaking of home town flavor.....starting in late May, enjoy a free outdoor concert (weather-permitting) two Saturday evenings a month of either Blue Grass, Country, Rock n' Roll, or Gospel or variety of the genres.  From Blaine House it's a short walk down to Pickin’ On the Square on Main Street.
